Admissions testing is now available for children and adolescents who are required to complete an individually administered test as part of the school admission application process. Carol Mannix, M.A., under the supervision of licensed psychologist Lisa Martin, Ph.D., is conducting these evaluations. With over 10 years of experience completing neuropsychological evaluations with The Stixrud Group, Carol has a proven track record of establishing excellent rapport with children of all ages and abilities. We are confident that your child will have a positive testing experience in our office.
We are aware of the time constraints that arise during the application process, and we offer flexible testing times and an expedited report.
Procedure:
To schedule an appointment for Admissions Testing, please call Carol at (301) 672-3649 or email her at carol@mannixmail.com. Once your request has been received, our Psychology Associate in charge of the Admissions Testing, Carol Mannix, M.A., will contact you to arrange your specific appointment time. The length of your appointment may vary depending on which test is required, although a minimum of one hour in our office is to be expected. It is the responsibility of the family to know which test your child needs for the particular school(s) to which you are applying. Please confirm this before you arrive to your appointment. It is recommended that children, especially under the age of 10, be tested in the morning.

Payment is due in full at the time of the appointment.
